Since the onset of the Covid pandemic, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of children suffering from mental health aliments which can often lead to crises. Yet how do we, as school counselors, handle these crises when many of us have never been trained in this area? This presentation will provide information, strategies, interventions, and resources to ensure you are prepared to handle crises to serve your students best in the school setting.
